Job Analysis and Description Creation

EmploYou can assist you in performing job analysis studies, including task and time efficiency studies. The end-use could be (1) KSAs (knowledge, skills and abilities), (2) competencies or (3) other tools for comparing applicants' education, experience, training and/or attributes with job demands. Dependent on the scope of the project a variety of research methods would be deployed ranging from detailed task analysis, with data gathered by reviewing work logs, observation and interview to a reliance on a written data collection instrument to the use of position analysis questionnaires.

Project & Process Development

Process management involves defining macro and micro processes, assigning ownership, creating responsibilities for the owners who control the processes and measuring the performance of each process. EmploYou is able to carefully plan and organize your efforts to accomplish a specific (and usually) one-time effort. EmploYou will guide your team in developing a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are needed and associating budgets and timelines for completion. We will also, along with careful controls, establish and follow the "critical path", that is, to ensure the plan is being managed according to plan.
